Canyoning

What is canyoning?

Canyoning is a water sports activity. We progress through a canyon, a stream that winds its way between sometimes narrow walls, alternating between swimming, jumping, sliding and abseiling.

As we travel through these canyons carved out by water over thousands of years in the forests of the Haut-Jura Natural Park, we are privileged witnesses to this natural environment with its magical atmosphere.

Canyoning can be enjoyed as a family or with a group of friends. There are plenty of water games to play as you progress through the canyon, so it’s an activity that children often love. Of course, jumps and underwater passages are always avoidable, which means we can supervise groups of varying levels.

Useful information

When is the best time to go canyoning?

We offer canyoning trips from June to September, depending on the water level in the canyons and the weather. To take advantage of sunny days, we advise you to choose the summer periods (July/August) for canyoning with children.
